The Professional plan is designed for individuals and coaches who want deeper personal insights — unlimited AI chat, growth tracking, PDF exports, and the Leadership questionnaire. The Teams plan adds everything an organisation needs: GROW coaching templates, a team personality dashboard, manager views, conflict risk indicators, Glasl escalation tracking, SSO, and dedicated onboarding support.
Managers get a team personality dashboard showing aggregate and individual profiles. GROW coaching templates guide structured 1:1s, and conflict risk indicators alert managers when team dynamics may need attention — all while employees retain full privacy over their raw data.
Absolutely. Employees own their data. In the Teams plan, managers see aggregated team insights and high-level indicators — not raw questionnaire answers or private AI conversations. We follow GDPR-compliant data practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All paid plans are billed by invoice. After contacting us, we'll agree on a billing cycle and send invoices accordingly. There are no automatic credit card charges at the moment. We plan to add Stripe payments in the future.
